Jeffrey S. Lowe passed away on Sunday August 13, 2023 after a courageous battle with cancer. Throughout he remained steadfast in his faith and trust in his Savior and Lord. During his illness, Jeffrey continued to think and care for his clients. Several months ago he appointed So Yin Woo, an experienced lawyer, to provide coverage for his practice in the event of his death or incapacity.
