Robert YC LeongRobert YC Leong

Robert was called to the Bar at Middle Temple, England in 1993. He then returned to his native Singapore and practised there as an Advocate & Solicitor for 15 years before immigrating to Canada. He qualified as a Barrister and Solicitor in British Columbia in 2011, and has handled Labour Market Opinions for multiple provinces, Skilled Workers, Family Sponsorships and BC Provincial Nominee cases.  He also handles immigration appeals, criminality and other inadmissibility issues. Stan LeoStan Leo

Born in Singapore, Stan moved to the Fraser Valley with his family and has called British Columbia home ever since. Stan graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science before graduating from the University of Manitoba with a Juris Doctor. Before joining Lowe & Company as an associate, he articled at a mid-size Vancouver full service business law firm and then worked briefly at a law firm in the Tri-Cities primarily practicing residential real estate law.

Stan now enjoys the opportunity to assist people from all over the world with various Canadian immigration matters including: NAFTA work permits, International Experience Class work permits, provincial nominations, spousal sponsorships, skilled worker permanent residency and more. Stan is excited to contribute to the future societal fabric of the province and of Canada.

In Stan’s spare time, he is an avid reader and is active in his church. Stan also enjoys watching films across many different genres, exploring the great outdoors and, most of all, spending time with family and friends.  Full Bio

Vivien LeeVivien Lee

Vivien is a member of Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council and a member of the Society of Notaries Public of British Columbia. She has worked with Lowe & Company since 1990. Vivien’s clientele includes skilled workers, families, religious workers, business owners, professionals, executives, even movie stars. Vivien has given lectures on immigration to professional and general audiences due to her cross-cultural sensitivity, expert knowledge in a broad range of Canadian immigration matters, and fluency in English and Chinese. She has been interviewed by local and national media on TV, radio and print. Vivien has successfully helped clients immigrate to Canada from over 50 countries and has handled many challenging immigration cases of various categories. Vivien was sworn in as a Notary Public by the Supreme Court of British Columbia in 1999. As a Notary Public, Vivien also practices in Real Estate Law, Wills and Estates Planning and completed Corporate & Commercial transactions, including purchase and sale of businesses and commercial leases. Rita ChengRita Cheng

Rita Cheng is a member of Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC), and has worked with Lowe & Company since 1997. She is currently our Manager of Immigration Services, and her excellent organizational skills and pleasant manners have won the admiration of our clients.  Rita travels frequently to Asia, and is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.  She has extensive experience with Business immigrants, Skilled Workers, Religious workers and Family sponsorships.

Akiko FujitaAkiko Fujita

Akiko is a member of Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC). Akiko first came to Kamloops, B.C. from her native Japan as a student and later returned to Canada as a Permanent Resident. Prior to immigrating to Canada, Akiko was a local staff of the Japanese Embassy in Singapore Consular section, and served the Japanese residents in the country for nearly 8 years. She has been helping clients of Lowe & Company to realize their dream of coming to Canada since 2006.
