Skilled Workers
With the right combination of skills and experience, you can immigrate to Canada as an independent skilled worker or a “Canadian experience class” applicant, or as a provincial nominee.
As an independent skilled worker, your application must now go through a two-step process.
- Do you meet eligibility requirements?
- Do you have sufficient points on the point system?
If you have worked or studied in Canada in the past three years, the “Canadian experience class” route allows you to avoid the point system entirely.
If you know where in Canada you would like to settle in, there may be provincial nominee programs available to you that facilitate federal immigration.
We can help research and present your application in the best possible light. If you do not meet the required points to qualify as an independent skilled worker, we can also prepare your case for a substituted evaluation.
